Fantastic place. They offer tasting menus based on local and natural ingredients. Their "mission" is genuine, they believe in what they do. This is confirmed in an incredibile price/quality ratio, with a very low price for the wine pairing. The service is perfect with a lot of explanations and contacts with the chef. It Is not in the center, about 35 minutes walking from the Mezquita, 10 by taxi. Nice surprise at the end: a souvenir menu with the names of all the staff and the origins of the ingredients. Congratulations.
